ABOUT

This project is an extension, initiated at the client's request for a reconfiguration of the current building layout. Initially, we begin by drafting a floor plan and organizing the required space according to the client's specifications. Once the client approves the floor plan, we advance to 3D modeling and rendering to bring the design to life.

DESIGN

In this design, our primary focus was harnessing natural daylight to enhance the interior ambiance of the house. To achieve this, we opted to maximize the number of windows and patios, facilitating ample sunlight penetration. Natural light not only illuminates the interior but also creates a sense of spaciousness.

Additionally, we maintained the original minimalist interior design preferred by our client. To infuse the interior with vitality, we introduced a generous and shaded courtyard. The presence of flowing water, fluttering flowers, and lush foliage serves to alleviate stress and foster moments of carefree enjoyment.

This project involves the demolition and rebuilding of a residential property. The clients have requested the design of a 2-and-a-half-storey bungalow on the allocated land. Our process begins with the creation of floor plans, carefully arranging the required spaces to meet the clients' needs. Once the clients approve the floor plan, we proceed to execute 3D modeling and rendering to provide a visual representation of the final design.

DESIGN

We've adopted a modern style for this residential design, accentuated by its curvaceous structure, enhancing its overall appeal. Opting for a blend of materials, we've utilized a substantial expanse of white marble flooring complemented by three varying tones of light brown wood for wall embellishments.

This combination of white marble and light brown wooden facades imparts a welcoming warmth and brightness to the surroundings, fostering harmony and comfort within the residential space. Prioritizing the creation of a cozy and inviting atmosphere, we aim to enhance the overall sense of warmth within the residence.

In this project, the client specified a preference for a modern classical style. To achieve this, we opted for a palette of three different shades of light brown for both the wall paint and furniture. Additionally, we incorporated classic wall panels finished in white to enhance the classical aesthetic.

The combination of white and light brown tones, along with carefully selected furniture, creates a warm ambiance within the home. To elevate the sense of modern luxury, we introduced accents of gold and rose gold in decorative elements such as lighting fixtures and select furniture pieces.

This video showcases the 3D modeling and rendering of 33 Hindhede Walk, Southaven II. We specialized in providing comprehensive 3D interior design and build services, guiding projects from inception to completion with meticulous attention to detail.

DESIGN

In this design, our primary focus is to exude relaxation, comfort, warmth, and a welcoming ambiance tailored to the client's preferences. We've predominantly incorporated lighter shades throughout the design to achieve this aesthetic. The combination of white and light brown hues creates a cozy atmosphere while black serves as an accent color, strategically applied to a select few pieces of furniture to add visual interest and contrast to the overall design.

In this design, we repurposed existing materials, such as the flooring, to maintain a sense of continuity and sustainability. Inspired by the farmhouse-style aesthetics, we aim to craft homes that exude harmony, comfort, warmth, and a welcoming ambiance. We utilized shades of brown and light brown for most furniture pieces, complemented by accents of white to prevent the space from feeling too dark.

The combination of white and light brown hues creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, we've incorporated greenery into each space to infuse the environment with a lively and vibrant touch, further enhancing the overall ambiance.

ABOUT

In this design, we draw inspiration from the tranquil atmosphere of a sunset by the seaside, infusing our perspective with the essence of this special moment and place. The natural hues and color schemes evocative of a seaside sunset create a serene and comforting sensory experience, capturing the essence of relaxation and tranquility.

DESIGN

A layered color gradation technique is employed across various spaces, introducing a contrast effect to enhance the depth of the environment. While ceilings and storage areas maintain a pristine white finish, four distinct wall paint colors have been carefully selected for other spaces.

To optimize the compact kitchen layout, white panels are employed for the upper cabinets and countertops, featuring white-gray marble to alleviate the visual weight of the upper section. Light wood finishes are utilized for the lower cabinets, visually expanding and brightening the kitchen space.

To elevate the luxury quotient, we've incorporated accents of gold and rose gold in the décor, including lighting fixtures and select furniture pieces to add a sense of opulence and sophistication to the overall design.

DESIGN
In this design, we aim to create a harmonious, comfortable, warm, and welcoming home tailored to the client's needs. To achieve this, we predominantly utilized light brown hues throughout the design. The incorporation of white elements to prevent the space from feeling overly dark.

This combination fosters a warmer atmosphere within the surroundings. To add a touch of uniqueness, we introduced low-purity dark blue accents on the TV background, transforming it into a focal point in the living area.

In this design, we focused on crafting a harmonious and welcoming home. White serves as the main color throughout the interior, offering a sense of spaciousness and cleanliness to the house. We've incorporated various shades of light brown into the furniture to enhance the warm and inviting ambiance of the design.

Furthermore, we've strategically utilized natural light to illuminate the spaces, ensuring they remain bright and airy without feeling overly dim. By combining these elements thoughtfully, we've created a home that exudes comfort and warmth while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

REVIEW

According to our client interview, the most satisfying aspect of the project is the built-in makeup area as we utilized the curvy corner, transforming it into a practical and efficient space for dresser.
