This is one of our project - Jalan Teck Whye. We provide floor plans , 3D modeling and 3D rendering as client's requested.In this design, we focused on creating clean, harmony, comfort, warm and welcoming home as the client's needs.
Therefore, we had applied white colour elements on the floor and walls. We also applied a few furniture with light brown colour such as curtains and decorative walls.
We had chosen a sharp and bright yellow sofa in our living room because we wanted it as a spot in the living room. Living room is located in front of the entrance, a bright and sharp sofa able to catch others' attention when coming into the residential area.
