112 Arthur RD- A&A

This is one of our project - 112 Arthur Rd- A&A.

This is an extension project. The client requested a replanning of the existing building's layout. First of all, we start by making a floor plan and arranging the space that the client needs. After the client is satisfied with the floor plan, we proceed with 3D modeling and 3D rendering.

In this design, we focused on utilizing natural daylight to brighten up the interior of the house. Therefore, we decided to maximize the number of windows and patios to allow sunlight to enter the house. Natural light not only illuminates the interior, it also gives the interior a more voluminous effect.

Furthermore, we kept the original minimalist interior design that our client liked. In order to add a lively atmosphere to the interior, we created a spacious and shady courtyard. The flowing water and the fluttering flowers and foliage help to relieve stress and allow people to enjoy carefree moments.
